The Title I, Part D, Annual Program Performance Reports provide summaries of the educational achievements of students enrolled in neglect, delinquent, or at-risk programs (N or D), as reported by States via the Comprehensive State Performance Reports (CSPR). The reports examine student outcomes at multiple program levels and include State-by-State overviews of student performance and program characteristics.

SY 2006-2007

Annual Report cover The Title I, Part D, Annual Program Performance Report for SY 2006-07 summarizes the educational achievements of students enrolled in neglect, delinquent, or at-risk programs receiving Title I, Part D, funding. The report provides an overview of outcomes attained by students in Part D programs—nationally, and within State and local agency programs. Appendices to the report feature individual State-by-State summary pages for both Subpart 1 and Subpart 2 programs as well.
