Title I, Part D, Annual Program Performance Reports provide summaries of the educational achievements of students enrolled in programs for youth who are neglected, delinquent, or at-risk during a particular school year (SY), as reported in the U.S. Department of Education's Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR). The Annual Program Performance Reports present student outcomes by State agency programs, local educational agency programs, and nationally.

The latest annual report summarizes results from SY 2008–09—the fifth year of comprehensive data collection for the Title I, Part D, program. For the first time, the report also presents outcomes longitudinally across the last 3 years of data collection.
