Title I, Part D, Annual Program Performance Reports provide summaries of the educational achievements of students enrolled in neglect, delinquent, or at-risk programs during a particular school year (SY), as reported in the U.S. Department of Education's Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR). The Annual Program Performance Reports examine student outcomes at multiple program levels and include State-by-State overviews of student performance and program characteristics.
