NDTAC 's new At-Risk Portal is home to the Center's prevention resources devoted to youth defined as at risk. In the Portal, you will find reports and briefs that examine various risk factors affecting youth; population data and other statistics; prevention and intervention strategies; resources written by NDTAC; and further readings on youth at risk.
