NDTAC provides technical assistance (TA) on a variety of topics related to education for children and youth who are neglected, delinquent, or at risk (N or D) and on the administration of the Federal Title I, Part D (Part D), program, funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The topic areas featured below are categorized by those specific to the administration of the Part D program at both State and local levels (Title I, Part D, Program Administration), those related to the implementation of education and other supports and programs for youth who are N or D (Program Implementation), and those focused on a range of related laws, policies, and initiatives (Policies, Laws, and Initiatives).
